    Description

    House with shared pool next to the beach of Cala Romantica (100m) for up to 3 people with BBQ and all modern comforts

    The M&M House is located just 100 meters from Cala Romantica Beach, a white sandy beach with crystal-clear waters in the Manacor region. It offers free high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi (300 Mbps in every room) and Chromecast. The property also features a seasonal outdoor pool shared with the neighbors, a private barbecue area, and a garden. All our guests have unlimited and free access to the communal pool and terraces. The holiday home has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest toilet. The bedrooms are air-conditioned.

    On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The ground floor also has a guest toilet.

    The house has two private terraces, one of which is directly off the master bedroom. Both terraces are furnished. The terrace next to the main living area offers a private barbecue and a small garden.

    All our guests have unlimited and free access to the communal pool and terraces.

    Some of Mallorca's most beautiful bays and beaches are nearby: Cala Murta, Cala Anguila, Cala Mendia, and Cala Varques. The famous Caves of Drach are 8 km from the house. Nearby attractions include Porto Cristo with its beautiful natural harbor. The Rafael Nadal Museum and Sports Center is also 10 km away.

    Other advantages: Distance to the airport: 60 km. Distance to Palma: 65 km. Golf courses: Vall d'Or Golf 10 km. Transportation: Taxis in Cala Mendia (3 km) and a bus stop in S'Estany den Mas, right next to the house.

    The eco-tax is not included in the price and is €2.20 per adult per night (from May to October).

      All our guests have unlimited and free access to the comunity swimming pool and terraces. The hours of use of the pool and community areas are from 8am to 10pm.
      We offer a secure private parking space available to our guests.
      Reservations of groups of young people under 21 will NOT be accepted. Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption. The ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged at € 2.2 per adult and night (from May to October).
