    Casa Borguny is located in the center of Palma in a quiet pedestrian street of the popular fashion district: Santa Catalina and offers accommodation for 4 people. Children 6 years old of older are welcome. Unfortunatelly, we cannot acommodate babies or younger children. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a toilet. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area and 2 small terraces where breakfast or relax with a glass of wine. The house is compact and cozy. The bedrooms and the toilet are on the top floor. The area is lively and safe. There are a variety of good restaurants, terraces and bars where you can have a drink, all accessible on foot. The port of Palma is a 10-minute walk from the house. The shopping district is 5 minutes walk away.The nearest airport is Palma de Mallorca, located 9 km away. There is a regular bus line that connects the airport with the city centre, with a stop not far from the house. Tourist tax must be paid by all adults staying.

The house has 2 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has been decorated with all modern amenities: air conditioning / latest generation heating system with built-in air purifier, fireplace in the living room, Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen... Large patio doors that can be opened to connect the exterior and interior of the house.
      The sunny patio is completed with comfortable outdoor furniture and sun loungers, it is perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The shallow pool is ideal for sitting and relaxing on a hot day. Just a few minutes' walk away, you will find yourself in the centre of Santa Catalina, a very lively and popular area, full of restaurants and bars. The heart of Palma and its shopping district are also a short distance away.
      We encourage all our guests to make responsible use of electricity: the first 150kw are included in the rental price.
      The ecological tax / tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged to all adult guests at €2.2 per person per night (May to October) and at €0.55 the rest of the year.
