Can Torres is a Townhouse located in Porreres. The house has hot and cold A/C throughout. Sleeps up tp 10 adults. The dinning tables are extendable, so all guests can eat together.The house has a total of 5 double bedrooms. On the first floor you will find: Bedroom nº1 is a suite: has its own private sitting room and bathroom. Bedroom nº2 and nº3 have also a bathroom each and share a sitting room with a TV in it. the acces to bedroom nº3 is exterior, through a small balcony. On the gorund floor: Bedroom nº4 and bedroom nº5 (they share a the bathroom). The access to bedroom nº5 is exterior, through the main patio. All bedrooms have air conditioning (hot /cold).At the back of the house there is a stone floor patio with an outdoor fireplace, that can be used as a bbq, a dinning area, a solarium with sunlounges and a private pool. A gate separates the pool / solarium area from the rest of the patio to ensure children`s safety.
This house is ideal for families, it offers both indoor and outdoor play areas, baby cot and high chair. We also have some wood toys and children's books (in English and Spanish). Chromecast available for all guests (1 unit). With the chromecast, you can watch any contents from your phone or tablet, such as netflix, hbo etc... on the TV.
Reservations of groups of young people under 21 will NOT be accepted. Bachelor parties and / or celebrations are NOT allowed. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption, so the first 150kw / h consumed will be free. The excess of this consumption will be charged at € 0.15 per kw / h. The ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged at € 2.2 per adult and night (from May to October). All our houses are disinfected following the Covid protocol prior to check in. Courtesy hydrogel available to our customers.Parking for bicycles available on request.
