Can Torres is a house situated in the heart of Porreres. The house has air conditioning (cold and heat) in all rooms. Sleeps up to 10 adults. The dining tables are extendable, so all guests can eat together. The house has a total of 5 double bedrooms. On the first floor you will find: Bedroom no.1 is a suite: it has its own living room and private bathroom. Bedrooms no.2 and no.3 also have a bathroom each and share a living room with a television. Access to bedroom no.3 is external, via a small balcony. On the ground floor: bedroom no.4 and bedroom no.5, which share the bathroom. Access to bedroom no.5 is external, via the main patio. All bedrooms have air conditioning (cold/heat). At the back of the house there is a patio with stone flooring with an outdoor fireplace, which can be used as a barbecue, dining area, solarium with sun loungers and private pool. A door separates the pool/solarium area from the rest of the patio to ensure the safety of children. This house is ideal for families, offering indoor and outdoor play areas, cot and high chair. We also have some wooden toys and children's books (in English and Spanish). Chromecast available for all guests (1 unit). With Chromecast, you can view any content from your phone or tablet, such as Netflix, HBO, etc. on the television. The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged to all guests over 18 years of age at €2.2 per person per night for a maximum of 9 nights. We invite all guests to make responsible use of electricity, so any usage above 150kw/h will be charged at checkout at €0.14 kw/h.
