Cosy and well-maintained house located in Porto Cristo, just 500 metres from the sandy beach. Its excellent location allows you to enjoy the sea and, at the same time, have supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and shops just a few minutes' walk away.
The property is located on a quiet residential street and is distributed over two floors, offering a comfortable and functional space for families.
Interior of the house:
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living-dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. From this floor, you can also access a small courtyard with stairs leading to the upper floor.
On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower, as well as two pleasant terraces equipped with outdoor furniture and armchairs, ideal for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals.
The house also has a multi-purpose room, perfect for adults and children to relax and have fun during their stay. The games area includes a ping pong table and board games, ensuring entertainment for the whole family.
Moreover, it has a small gym, which includes an elliptical bike, spinning bike, and weights, for those who want to stay active during their holidays.
The house has air conditioning in the rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay even during the hottest months of the summer.

Porto Cristo is a pleasant and quiet village, frequented by Mallorcans and home to the famous tennis player Rafa Nadal. The Can Tassi house is located near the church of Mare de Déu del Carme, on Fishermen's Street.
Just 7 km away are the famous Caves of Drach, which hide an impressive underground lake inside, Lake Martel, considered one of the largest underground lakes in the world. In this spectacular setting, classical music concerts are held daily with works by Caballero, Chopin and other composers, a truly unforgettable experience.
Next to the caves is also the Majorica pearl factory, known worldwide.
In Manacor, about 14 km away, you can visit the international tennis centre of Rafa Nadal, which is worth seeing, among other things, for its trophy room and the interactive and virtual reality experiences dedicated to the Mallorcan tennis player.
Regarding beaches, there is a great variety in the area, in addition to Porto Cristo beach. To the West, Cala Virgili, Cala Murada and, above all, the virginal Cala Varques stand out. To the East, Cala Morlanda, S'illot and Sa Coma.
