A welcoming and well-maintained house located in Porto Cristo, just 500 metres from the sandy beach. Its excellent location allows you to enjoy the sea and, at the same time, have supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and shops within a few minutes' walk.
The property is situated on a quiet residential street and is distributed over two floors, offering comfortable and functional space for families.
Inside the house:
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living-dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. From this floor you also have access to a small patio with stairs leading to the upper floor.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower, as well as two pleasant terraces equipped with outdoor furniture and armchairs, ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors.
The house also has a multipurpose room, perfect for adults and children to relax and have fun during their stay. The games area includes a table tennis table and board games, ensuring fun for the whole family.
In addition, it has a small gym, which includes an elliptical bike, spinning bike and weights, for those who want to stay active during their holiday.
The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms, guaranteeing a comfortable stay even during the hottest months of summer.

* The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.20 per adult per night (May to October).
Porto Cristo is a pleasant and quiet village, frequented by Mallorcans and home to the famous tennis player Rafa Nadal. The house Can Tassi is located near the church of Mare de Déu del Carme, on Calle de los Pescadores.
Just 7 km away are the famous Drach Caves, which hide an impressive underground lake within them, Lake Martel, considered one of the largest underground lakes in the world. In this spectacular setting, classical music concerts are held daily featuring works by Caballero, Chopin and other composers, a truly unforgettable experience.
Next to the caves is also the Majorica pearl factory, known worldwide.
In Manacor, about 14 km away, you can visit Rafa Nadal's international tennis centre, which is well worth visiting, among other things, for its trophy room and for the interactive and virtual reality experiences dedicated to the Majorcan tennis player.
As for beaches, there is a great variety in the area, in addition to Porto Cristo beach. To the West, Cala Virgili, Cala Murada and, above all, the pristine Cala Varques stand out. To the East, Cala Morlanda, S'illot and Sa Coma.

en rigtig rigtig fin og sjov lejlighed. hvis man vil bo lokalt med masser af plads er dette det rigtige valg. vi var meget tilfredse. man skal dog være okay med, at der ikke er aircondition. for os var det ikke et problem.
