    Description

    The main level consists of a spacious and well-decorated living room with a generous dining table. Fantastic glass doors allow you to enjoy the wonderful views. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a pantry. On this level, we find: 1 main bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room, 1 double bedroom (two single beds) and 1 bathroom.
    The ground floor has two large bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, the other bedroom has a dressing room, and a ( 2 extra)) and. floor has its access the the above Thereplace and air conditioning throughout the property, so comfort is guaranteed in any time of the year. For our youngest guests, we have 2 cots and 2 high chairs at their disposal.

    The sizeable, lush Mediterranean garden offers ample space for recreation and relaxation. Marvellous private swimming pool, with superb views of Palma Bay. Gas barbecue and also wood-fired grill, outdoor dining area. The terrace zone additionally features sunbeds and loungers.

    The house has been decorated with great taste following the traditional Mallorcan style with a modern touch. It is a house full of light in which you will feel comfortable and relaxed once you enter. Although there are no parking problems in the area, you can park your vehicle safely in the parking area located at the entrance of the house.

    The house is located in a very quiet area in a small village just 15 minutes from Palma, making it ideal for families or people seeking tranquillity. We ask guests to be respectful of the environment and neighbours and to refrain from parties or excessive noise, especially during rest hours.

    The eco-tax (tourist tax) is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.2 per adult per night (from May to October) and €0.55 for the rest of the year.
