Book your house in Sa Ràpita, Mallorca.
Beautiful holiday home located in Sa Ràpita. 170 m2 house on a plot with a garden of approximately 100m2.
It has 3 double bedrooms (all 3 with double beds), 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet, living-dining room, equipped and furnished kitchen, Movistar Fibre WiFi 300MB, satellite TV, BBQ, hot-cold A/C in the living room and in the 3 bedrooms. Cot available upon request.
Outside it has a spacious porch and a beautiful, well-maintained garden that enjoys privacy. The house is located in a purely residential area, without noise. In the area there are food shops, restaurants, etc. A few minutes away is the Nautical Club and next to it, a wonderful beach with white sand and turquoise waters.
The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.2 per adult per night (only from May to October and €1.65 for the rest of the months).
Attention!! Celebrations and parties are NOT permitted. The minimum age to formalise the booking is 23 years.
The main attraction of Sa Ràpita is its proximity to the impressive natural beach of Es Trenc. This beach extends from Sa Ràpita along the coast, passing through the small village of Ses Covetes to the town of Colonia Sant Jordi.
With more than three kilometres of white sand, this area has been compared to the Caribbean thanks to its lush vegetation and crystal-clear blue waters. There are some beach bars and restaurants, but if you walk a little, you can find your own space. Here you can enjoy the beauty of the surroundings or simply swim, snorkel and sunbathe. Es Trenc is not accessible by car, so you have to walk a bit to find it. This beach is also popular among nudists.
The beaches that extend towards the west are also very beautiful, but they offer a different experience. The neighbouring S'Estanyol de Migjorn is located on a peninsula with a spectacular stretch of spectacular coastline, perfect for sailors seeking tranquil coves and picturesque rock formations.
Boat trips can also be made to the Cabrera nature reserve, south of Mallorca. This archipelago was used to confine French prisoners during the Napoleonic Wars in the nineteenth century, many of whom did not survive. Nowadays, the islands are a refuge for birds and are teeming with marine life.

lo que es el interior de la casa està muy bien, grande y cómoda. los exteriores poco cuidados. la terraza y jardín pequeños en comparación con la casa. faltan cubiertos, sobre todo cucharitas. pero en general todo bien, hemos estado muy a gusto
