Finca Rural Art 9 is located in Ses Salines, in the south of Mallorca. From here you can enjoy a stunning view of the island of Cabrera. The country house, located on a private and completely fenced plot of 2000m2. Elegantly furnished, with views of the sea and the mountains, it is an ideal place to enjoy a holiday with friends and family or even to celebrate any event such as weddings, communions, baby showers, an anniversary or even an exhibition of works of art. In the main building you will find a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, with a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher. 6 double bedrooms, each of these bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning (hot/cold). The beautiful house sleeps 12 comfortably. In addition, the house has central heating, Wi-Fi, washing machine and Smart TV. Highchair and cot are available upon request.
The highlight of the country house is the large outdoor area. Manicured gardens, beautiful porches with outdoor dining and large terraces will make your stay unforgettable. Lovely outdoor pool and jacuzzi (not heated). Parasols and comfortable sun loungers, as well as a large dining table. In the garden there is a beautiful area dedicated to celebrating weddings, which has a beautiful altar and stone benches.
Notice about Access to the Property
We would like to inform you that a small section of the road leading to the house is not paved. However, it is in good condition and perfectly accessible with any type of car – there is no need for a 4x4 vehicle.
Private parking for guests and guests at events held on the property.
Palma airport is 42 minutes by car (47 km).
Several restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached within 11 minutes by car (6 km) in the center of Ses Salines, three supermarkets within 10 minutes by car (7 km) in the village of Santanyí. In the town of Colonia de Sant Jordi you will find several sandy beaches (about 18 minutes by car, 12 km). Palma airport is 42 minutes by car (47 km) and El Arenal airport is 36 minutes by car (39 km).
The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.20 per adult per night (from May to October).
