La Finca Rural Art 9 is situated in Ses Salines, in the south of Mallorca. From here you can enjoy an impressive view of the island of Cabrera. The country house is located on a private and completely fenced plot of 2000m2. Elegantly furnished, with views of the sea and mountains, it is an ideal place to enjoy a holiday with friends and family or even to celebrate any event such as weddings, communions, baby showers, an anniversary or even an art exhibition. In the main building you will find a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee maker and dishwasher. 6 double bedrooms, each of these bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning (cold/heat). The beautiful house comfortably sleeps 12 people. In addition, the house has central heating, wifi, washing machine and Smart TV. A high chair and cot are available upon request.
The highlight of the country house is the large outdoor area. Well-maintained gardens, beautiful porches with outdoor dining area and spacious terraces will make your stay unforgettable. Beautiful outdoor swimming pool and hot tub (not heated). Umbrellas and comfortable sun loungers, as well as a large dining table. In the garden there is a beautiful area dedicated to wedding celebrations, which features a lovely altar and stone benches.
Notice regarding access to the property
We would like to inform you that a small section of the access road to the house is not tarmacked. However, it is in good condition and is perfectly passable with any type of car, without the need for a 4x4 vehicle.
Private parking for guests and event attendees at events held on the property.
Palma airport is 42 minutes' drive away (47 km).
The eco-tax (tourist tax) is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.2 per adult per night (May to October) and €0.55 for the rest of the year.
