Beautiful rustic property with swimming pool in Alaró, ideal for 6 guests seeking tranquillity on their holidays.
Alaró is a small village located at the foot of the Sierra de Tramontana, the ideal place to spend a holiday away from the hustle and bustle and close to the mountains and countryside. Every Saturday a market of fresh fruits and vegetables is held in the plaça de la Vila, taking a stroll through its stone streets, having an ice cream or a coffee whilst enjoying the colourful multicultural atmosphere will be part of your travel plan. Alaró Castle is the main attraction of the village, being situated at the top of the mountain. During winter it is the ideal place for hiking and cycling, for its beautiful landscapes. It has some restaurants, markets and a service station. By train you can have access to the centre of Palma de Mallorca in about 30 minutes. And if you prefer the beach, about 35 km away you will have access to the north coast of the Island.
This two-storey stone house, with mountain views, features on the outside a delightful chlorine swimming pool of 5 x 4 metres in length and 0.80 x 1.40 metres in depth, guests will enjoy sunbathing and reading a good book in one of the hammocks in front of it. It has umbrellas and outdoor furniture both in the open porch and on the terrace, where clients can spend a beautiful evening, watching the sunset and enjoying a barbecue prepared for the family. Inside, high ceilings, a lounge with sofa, satellite TV and air conditioning for the comfort of guests, a dining room in a separate space and an open kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and basic kitchenware for the preparation of exquisite Mediterranean cuisine dishes. Although the house is only for 6 people, you can choose between 4 bedrooms with air conditioning and wardrobe, 2 with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds. Two are located on the ground floor and the others on the first floor. In addition to two bathrooms, one of them on the ground floor with shower and hairdryer, and the second on the first floor with a bathtub. A washing machine, cot and high chair on request from the client complete the equipment.
