There are 2 full bathrooms, a living room with Smart TV, and ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms and in the living room for added comfort during the summer months.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The house also has a washing machine and Vodafone internet with 50 Mbps.
Outside, the property offers a pleasant private swimming pool measuring 7 x 3 metres, with a depth of 2.15 metres and a metal access ladder. The pool area has 4 sun loungers for relaxing in the sun, as well as an outdoor charcoal barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Parking is easy on the street, next to the house.
