Spectacular villa with uninterrupted sea views. It is situated on the cliffs of Cala Pi, with 300 m2 of surface area, 400 m2 of garden and a 12x4.5m swimming pool. The house has all amenities, such as hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV, high-speed WIFI, own parking space. All rooms are spacious and very bright.
This fantastic villa has 4 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have sea views, as well as blackout curtains that guarantee absolute privacy. The master bedroom has its own private living room and features large windows that flood it with light and allow you to enjoy the relaxing views. We have a cot, high chair and baby hammock for our youngest guests. The kitchen is spacious and bright and connects to the utility area and pantry. On the covered terrace we find the summer dining room. Next to the swimming pool there is a hammock and outdoor armchair area.
Cala Pi beach, located just 500 metres from the villa, is considered by many to be the perfect beach, sheltered between two cliffs, with golden sand and turquoise blue waters. Access to the beach is easy and is via a staircase accessible to all ages.
As for additional facilities, there are restaurants and bars within a short distance, notably El Mirador de Cala Pi restaurant, Miguel restaurant and Mirador de Cabrera restaurant. In the urban centre of Cala Pi you will find a pharmacy, supermarkets and shops.
The nearest golf courses are Golf Son Antem (18 kms away) and Golf Maioris (20 kms away).
The airport is 30 kms away and the capital, Palma, is 40 kms away. Bookings for groups of friends under 23 years of age will not be accepted. Parties and loud music are NOT permitted on the property.

das haus liegt wunderschön mit einem mega tollen blick aufs meer. traumhaft. auch der blick aufs meer. von der küche aus ist sehr schön und macht das kochen viel angenehmer.
