    Description

    Villa on the seafront with stunning seaviews and infinity pool

    Beautiful Villa with infinity pool located on the cliff with impressive views of the sea. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 7 adults. Decorated and equipped with all the comforts: air conditioning throughout the property, electric shutters, electric awnings, sun loungers and a gas barbecue. 2 of the upstairs bedrooms face the sea, enjoying the same great views. The house has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The house has recently become sustainable, and it is now powered by solar panels. The panels are conveniently hidden from the view on the roof of the property.Downstairs you will find the sitting room, dinning area and kitchen, all facing the sea. Also, there is one bedroom and a full bathroom.

    Upstairs, 3 more bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms enjoy the breathtaking sea views.

    We have a baby cot and high chair on request for our younger guests.

    Cala Pi is a beautiful cove known for its stunning scenery and crystal clear waters. Highlights:

    • Beach: Cala Pi beach is its main attraction. It is shaped like a small 'U' shaped cove surrounded by high cliffs covered with pine trees. The sand is fine and white, and the water is clear and calm, making it perfect for swimming and snorkelling.• Nature: The surroundings of Cala Pi are spectacular and offer opportunities for walking and exploring nature. The cliffs offer stunning panoramic views of the sea and the coast.• Cala Pi Tower: Near the cove, you will find the 'Cala Pi Tower', an ancient defence tower dating back to the 16th century. It was built to protect the coast from attacks by pirates and corsairs.• Water activities: In addition to swimming and snorkelling, you can enjoy activities such as kayaking and paddle boarding in the calm waters of the cove.• Gastronomy: There are several restaurants and bars in the area offering local and international dishes. You can try Mediterranean delicacies and fresh seafood while enjoying the sea view. We recommend the following:

    * Mirador de Cabrera Restaurant.* Sa Terrassa Restaurant.

    Reservations from groups of young people under 23 years of age will not be accepted. We inform our guests that parties or celebrations of any kind are not allowed on the property.

    Smoking is prohibited throughout the property.

    The ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged at the rate of €2.2 per adult and night upon arrival at the house (from may to october). November to april will be charged at 1,65€ per adult and per night.

      Spectacular villa with uninterrupted sea views. It is located on the cliffs of Cala Pi, with an area of ​​300 m2, 400 m2 of garden and a 12x4,5m pool. The house has all the comforts, such as hot/cold air conditioning throughout, satellite TV, high speed WIFI, covered parking spaces. All rooms in the house are spacious and very bright.

      This fantastic villa has 4 double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have sea views, as well as blackout curtains that guarantee the most absolute privacy. The master bedroom has its own private living room, completed with a piano and has large windows that fill it with light and allow you to enjoy the relaxing views. We have a baby cot, high chair and baby hammock for the confort of our youngest guests.

      The kitchen is spacious and bright and communicates with the laundry and pantry area. On the covered terrace we find the summer dining room. Next to the pool there are sunbeds and outdoor armchairs.

      The beach of Cala Pi, located just 500 meters from the villa, is considered by many to be the perfect beach, protected between two cliffs, with golden sand and turquoise blue waters. The access to the beach is comfortable and is done by a stairway accessible to all ages.

      As for the complementary offer, there are restaurants and bars within walking distance, highlighting the restaurant El Mirador de Cala Pi, the restaurant Miguel and the restaurant Mirador de Cabrera. In the urban center of Cala Pi you can find pharmacy, supermarkets and shops.

      The nearest golf courses are the Golf Son Antem (18 kms) and the Golf Maioris (20 kms).

      The airport is 30 km away and the capital, Palma, 40 km away. We will not accept reservations of groups under the age of 23. NO parties or loud music is allowed.
