This modern Villa with stunning sea views is located a short distance from Palma, just 15 minutes by car. It is equipped with high quality elements and flooded with light thanks to the large windows at the front. From all rooms and terraces you can enjoy the incredible view of the sea and the bay of Palma.There are several beach accesses located in front of the house, which are very convenient for taking a dip in the sea, the closest access, which is right in front of the property, has a restaurant with a pool on the seashore, ideal to enjoy the sunsets.
The house consists of a large open space on the ground floor, where you will find all the comforts. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a microwave/oven and steam oven. On the ground floor there is also 1 full bathroom and 1 study room that has a sofa bed. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms that sleep up to 5 people and 2 full bathrooms. In one of the bathrooms there is a fantastic hot tub. All blinds and shutters are motorized. Air conditioning (hot and cold modes) throughout the property.
Outside, a large outdoor terrace with infinity pool and hammocks, parasol, outdoor dining room, Weber gas barbecue and summer lounge with the always sensational view of the sea and all the way to Palma. This villa is the ideal location for people looking for proximity to both the sea and Palma. Secure parking (private garage) for up to 2 large vehicles.We have some bicycles for our guests, in total: 2 for adults and 2 for children.

From here you can enjoy magnificent sea views of the Bay of Palma and it is just 10 minutes by car from the island's capital. Mallorca's pristine beach, Es Trenc, can also be reached in less than 30 minutes by car.
