This modern villa with stunning sea views is located a short distance from Palma, just 15 minutes' drive away. It is equipped with high-quality elements and flooded with light thanks to the large windows at the front. From all the rooms and terraces you can enjoy the incredible sea view and Palma bay. There are several beach accesses located in front of the house, which are very convenient for a dip in the sea, the closest access, which is right in front of the property, has a restaurant with a swimming pool by the sea, ideal for enjoying the sunsets.
The house consists of a large open-plan space on the ground floor, where you will find all the amenities. The kitchen is well equipped and includes microwave/oven and steam oven. On the ground floor there is also 1 full bathroom and 1 study room which has a sofa bed. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with capacity for 5 people and 2 full bathrooms. In one of the bathrooms there is a fantastic hot tub. All blinds and shutters are motorised. Air conditioning (cooling and heating modes) throughout the property.
Outside, a large outdoor terrace with infinity pool and sun loungers, umbrella, outdoor dining area, Weber gas barbecue and summer lounge with the ever sensational sea view and all the way to Palma. This villa is the ideal place for people seeking proximity to both the sea and Palma. Secure parking (private garage) for up to 2 large vehicles. We have some bicycles available for our guests, in total: 2 for adults and 2 for children.
Villa Bahía Palma is situated on the second line from the sea in Cala Blava in the Bellavista urbanisation, near the luxury hotel Cap Rocat. From here you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea of Palma Bay and it is only 10 minutes' drive from the capital of the island. You can also reach the pristine beach of Mallorca, Es Trenc, in less than 30 minutes' drive.
