Wonderful recently renovated village house, suitable for a maximum of 12 people. You will enjoy the house exclusively. 6 double bedrooms, each with air conditioning/heating and en-suite bathroom. The house is very spacious and sunny. It has been tastefully decorated and has all amenities (swimming pool, barbecue, satellite TV, free WIFI, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc.). It is well equipped for families: safety gate for babies, cot and high chair. House with CYCLING FRIENDLY seal: bicycle parking in private garage, repair workshop, cycling route map, ideal for cycle tourists.
The house is located in the heart of Llucmajor, a typical Mallorcan village that is 25 kms from Palma and 15 kms from the wonderful beaches of the South (Sa Rápita, Es Trenc, Colònia de Sant Jordi, etc.). There is a public bus line to Palma and the Airport.
NO reservations will be accepted for groups of young people under 21 years of age. NO parties and/or stag/hen do celebrations are permitted. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption, so the first 150kw/h consumed will be free. Excess consumption will be charged at €0.15 per kw/h.

la casa tiene 7 habitaciones, en lugar de 6 que pone en el anuncio. en nuestro caso nos daba igual porque éramos 5 pero es interesante para grupos más amplios. hay 2 habitaciones en la parte de abajo y 2 baños (uno en una habitación) y 5 habitacionessee more
la casa tiene 7 habitaciones, en lugar de 6 que pone en el anuncio. en nuestro caso nos daba igual porque éramos 5 pero es interesante para grupos más amplios. hay 2 habitaciones en la parte de abajo y 2 baños (uno en una habitación) y 5 habitaciones en la parte de arriba con 4 baños. al garaje se entra por la terraza (cosa que no nos explicaron). las mamparas de las duchas están para cambiar porque se sale todo el agua. y por último, a la cafetera de cápsulas le falta una pieza, lo que provoca que no se pueda utilizar. esto lo avisé y nunca obtuve respuesta. en general, la casa está muy bien, salvo esos detalles, es óptima para grupos grandes y, en verano, aunque la piscina es pequeñita, seguro que viene muy bien.

Nos alojamos la familia entera para una boda y echamos en falta baño en un par de habitaciones. No obstante, la casa es grande y espaciosa y está muy bien situada, en el centro del pueblo.
