Villa Son Perxa is a fantastic villa with private swimming pool with capacity for 12 adults. It is situated in a privileged rural setting near Petra in Mallorca. The Villa has air conditioning and heating (via air ducts) throughout.
Outside, well-maintained gardens and a large and sunny terrace which is completed with a covered brick barbecue, an outdoor dining area and a beautiful swimming pool. Beautiful sun loungers and umbrellas surround the pool. The pool is perfect for all ages, as it has a separate and secure children's area, which is very shallow, perfect for small children.
The house is a traditional Mallorcan construction. It has been decorated with great attention to detail in traditional Mallorcan style.
Inside, a lovely entrance hall welcomes you and leads to the main living room, with comfortable sofas and some armchairs. A separate dining room gives access to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with modern appliances.
On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. Beautifully hand-crafted wooden railings on the stairs. Upstairs, where there are 3 larger double bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and 3 full bathrooms, all en suite.
The property has free access to a tennis court, which is located a short distance away, only a 5-minute walk. This tennis court is shared with some other properties in the area, so you must book a time slot to secure your playing time. In the surrounding fields, there is also an enclosure with donkeys, we hope they will be very friendly and you will enjoy a family visit to pet them.

Please note that smoking is NOT permitted inside the house and parties and loud music are not allowed.
