Just 3 km away are Safari Zoo and Splash World water park, whilst Son Servera Golf Club is located about 10 km away. You can also visit Castillo de sa Punta de n'Amer and the impressive Cuevas de Artà, both ideal excursions for the whole family.
Outside, the property offers a spacious garden with furniture, fenced plot, 120 m² terrace, barbecue and a private pool where you can relax under the Mallorcan sun.
It also has outdoor parking, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, heating by heat pump and air conditioning in three of the four bedrooms.
