Description
Rocamar is a charming and recently renovated holiday apartment. It is located on the beach of S'Illot-Cala Morlanda and boasts impressive sea views.
The terrace is furnished with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area, so you can sit and relax or enjoy your meals feeling the sea breeze and with uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The holiday apartment has 2 double rooms: one has a double bed, the other has 2 single beds.
There is A/C (cold and heat) in the living room and the kitchen is fully equipped.
We offer a cot and a high chair free of charge.
The flat is located on the fifth floor of the building with a lift.
We do not have a private parking space, but it is free and easy to park in the surrounding areas.
The area around the apartment is familiar and safe.
NO bookings will be accepted for groups of young people under 21 years old.
No stag or hen parties are permitted.
We invite our guests to make responsible use of electrical consumption.
The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid upon arrival at the property (€2.2 per adult per night from May to October).
A few days before their arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports.
Just outside the apartment, you will find a beautiful beach with fine sand and clear water, the beach of S'illot, and a few kilometres away the beautiful beach of Sa Coma. Further south there are some small coves, less crowded: Cala Morlanda and Ca'n Rafalino.
The tourist resort of S'illot has around 1,500 inhabitants. In the town, the remains of a Talaiotic settlement (from prehistory) can be found, based on which an interpretation centre of Talaiotic culture has been created.
Next to the beautiful fishing port, there is an islet (illot) that gives its name to the municipality.
From Sillot, it is recommended to visit the Castle of Sa Punta de n'Amer, located in a protected natural area of great landscape and ecological value.
