With 2 double bedrooms and a single room with a trundle bed, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). It is located on the first floor of a three-storey building, with lift not necessary for this apartment.
Equipped with WiFi, international satellite TV (Astra).
The kitchen has a fridge with a freezer, a cooker with an oven, a filter coffee machine, a microwave, a toaster, crockery and a washing machine.
It has a beautiful terrace, where you can enjoy dream views of the harbour.
Central heating during the winter.
Unbeatable situation, very peaceful. The terrace, living room and main bedroom overlook the pedestrian promenade of the port, the other two rooms face a small street with little movement.
Rest and relaxation characterise this marvellous place.
On the second floor is our Marina II apartment, and on the third floor our Marina III apartment.
Eco-tax of €2 per person / night, to be collected by the owner upon arrival. Not applicable to persons under 18 years of age.

Porto Cristo has different banks, two pharmacies where they speak English and German, a medical centre and a private hospital. Post office, tourist boats at the harbour, bus station and taxi.
