Has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, (1 in suite). It's located in the third floor of a three floor building with elevator. Equipped with wifi and international satellite TV (Astra).
The kitchen has a fridge / freezer, stove plus oven, coffee maker filter, microwave, toaster, ample crockery and a washing machine.
It has a very nice terrace, so you can enjoy of dreamy views of the harbour.
Central heating for the winter.
Unsurpassable location, very quiet. The terrace, the living room, the kitchen and the bedrooms are over the pedestrian walkway in the harbourt. Rest and relaxation characterize this beautiful place.
In the first floor is our Marina I apartment , and in the second floor, the Marina II apartment .
The beach is in less than 2 minutes walking . It's very protected with little swell. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented. There, too, bars and restaurants for snacks.
There are three large supermarkets near the apartment and several small stores are in the immediate vicinity and are easily reached by foot, with fresh fruit and vegetables and the daily baguette. Porto Cristo has several banks, two pharmacies (a German-English-speaking), a medical center and a private hospital. Postal office, tourist boats in the harbour, bus and taxi station.
We recommend Sundays the small market with local products.
Around the harbour there are many bars and restaurants, tapa bars, terraces with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
Always an experience is a visit at the 'Cuevas del Drac' right in place or the 'Cuevas del Hams' at the Porto Cristo entrance. Cala Anguila, Cala Mendia, Romantica and Cala Morlanda, are some of the beaches around Porto Cristo.
