    Cas Rellotger (the House of the Clockmaker) is a beautiful and newly renovated eco-house, located on the outskirts of Llucmajor. Ideal for families.

    Cas Rellotger (The Clockmaker's House) is a beautiful newly renovated country house located on the outskirts of Llucmajor. The house is ideal for families, as it features an outdoor children's play area and a swimming pool. Equipped with all amenities, the house offers air conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms. There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both en suite. This house is perfect for families with small children. A cot and highchair are available at no extra cost. It is a comfortable house with a spacious outdoor area. Outside, there are some facilities for children, such as a playhouse and a slide. The entire property is fenced.

    Access Notice
    We would like to inform you that a small section of the road leading to the house is not paved. However, it is in good condition and easily accessible with any type of car – a 4x4 is not required.

    The property is located in a forested area, so smoking is not allowed in the garden (it is only permitted in the porch or terrace area). Barbecues are also not allowed due to the fire risk during the hotter months. This restriction is imposed by the Balearic Government.

    The house is self-sufficient thanks to solar panels, so there is no energy cost for the guest.

    Parties and/or bachelor parties are not allowed.
    The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.20 per adult and night (from May to October) and **€1.65 the rest of the year).
    Guests will be asked to register with their passports a few days before arrival.

    Llucmajor is the largest municipality in Mallorca. Fine sandy beaches and wonderful coves stretch along its 47 km coastline – perfect for sailing, fishing or diving.
    The mild climate (average temperatures of 27ºC in summer and 14ºC in winter) and easy access to the area make Llucmajor’s coast an ideal destination for all types of tourism, especially families.

    Along Llucmajor’s coast, you can enjoy the beautiful viewpoints in Son Verí Nou, Maioris, Puig de Ros, Sa Torre, Badia Blava, Badia Gran, and at the end of the Cap Blanc road, the Cap Blanc lighthouse, Cala Pi beach, and the defense towers of Cala Pi and S’Estalella.

    Driving along the Cap Blanc road towards the lighthouse, you’ll pass the Refugi de S’Àguila, with spectacular views of the cliffs.

    Points of interest in Llucmajor include the Church of Sant Bartomeu, a beautiful Gothic-style church dating from the 13th century. The weekly market in Llucmajor (held on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sunday mornings) is also worth a visit – you’ll find local produce and handicrafts.

    In terms of gastronomy, Llucmajor offers delicious Mediterranean cuisine, including specialities such as ensaimada and tumbet.

    The house is 100% solar-powered. To maintain this management and ensure comfort, timers have been installed on the air conditioning units. These units automatically turn off after 3 hours of use. If you wish, you can continue using them. To do so, press the button on the wall (clearly marked with a sign that says "A/C"). Once pressed, you can turn the units back on using your remote control normally.

Billiards table, badminton and children's football set. Ideal for families and those seeking a private house in a rural and peaceful environment. The town of Lluchmajor is 5 minutes by car.       The area is rural and quiet, there is no vehicle noise. Outside there is a fantastic shallow rustic swimming pool and a large garden with cypress and fruit trees (orange, lemon, fig). It also has several rest areas with sun loungers and umbrellas. In addition, there is a children's play area, badminton, a billiards table and a barbecue for outdoor cooking. There is WIFI and satellite TV. Cot and high chair free of charge.

      The pool dimensions are 1.65m in height and a surface area of 3x5 metres.

      The Casa Julia estate is located in a rural and very peaceful area. An ideal place to rest and enjoy the island. Ideal for families.

      The house is located 5 km from Llucmajor, a typical Mallorcan town that is 25 km from Palma and 15 km from the wonderful beaches of the South (Sa Rápita, Es Trenc, Colònia de Sant Jordi, etc.).

      PETS ARE ALLOWED.
      NO bookings will be accepted for groups of young people under 21 years old. PARTIES and/or bachelor party celebrations are NOT permitted. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electrical consumption, so the first 150kw/h consumed will be free. Excess consumption will be charged at €0.22 per kw/h. All our houses are disinfected following the Covid protocol prior to check-in. Complimentary hand sanitiser available for our customers.

      Sa Comare is a recently renovated house located in a quiet area of the town of Llucmajor, 15 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from the city of Palma.

      The house offers a large private garden with an independent swimming pool and a brick barbecue. Outdoor dining table and sun loungers for your comfort. Also located in the garden, we have a playroom for our youngest guests. We have a cot and high chair available upon request and free of charge.

      The house has 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. The entire unit is located on the ground floor. The house is situated on a dead-end street, and it is easy and free to park outside the house. Bed linen and towels are provided for all our guests. The eco-tax is not included in the final price and will cost 2.2 € per adult and night from May to October and 0.55 € for the rest of the months.

      We do not accept group bookings for people under 23 years old. NO parties are allowed at any time. Smoking inside the house is prohibited.
      Days before your arrival, guests will be required to register with their passports.
