Na Corassina is a lovely 120 m2 countryside house located in a privileged and very peaceful agricultural setting, just 5 kilometres from the town of Llucmajor. The house has one floor, with 3 double bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes, one of them with a double bed, the other two have single beds.
It has a bathroom with shower and is comfortably furnished, with all amenities, including air conditioning in the living-dining room, butane gas barbecue, WIFI, fans in the bedrooms, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped. It also has a terrace with views of pine forests and wild olive trees, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.
The pool is 1.20 metres high, with a solarium and hammocks to relax in a natural setting. Bordering the garden is a fence with fruit trees and some animals, such as chickens, ducks, etc.
The property is powered by solar panels and responsible use is recommended. This way, it avoids having to activate the electric generator.
Notice regarding access to the property
We would like to inform you that a small section of the access road to the house is not tarmacked. However, it is in good condition and is perfectly passable with any type of car, without the need for a 4x4 vehicle.
The property is located in a forested area, so smoking is NOT permitted in the gardens, nor are fires, charcoal barbecues, fireworks, flares, etc. allowed, due to the high fire risk they represent. This prohibition is issued by the Balearic Government.
Parties and celebrations are NOT permitted on the property.
Reservations will NOT be accepted for groups of people under 23 years of age.
Hand gel and cleaning products are available to guests.
The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.2 per adult per night (May to October).

Llucmajor is the largest municipality in Mallorca. Fine sandy beaches and wonderful coves stretch along its 47 kilometres of coastline, ideal for practising sailing, fishing or diving.
The mild climate (average temperatures of 27º C in summer and 14º C in winter) and easy access to the entire area make Llucmajor's coast the ideal destination for all types of tourism, particularly family tourism.
Along the coast of Llucmajor you can enjoy the wonderful viewpoints at Son Verí Nou, Maioris, Puig de Ros, Sa Torre, Badia Blava, Badia Gran and at the end of the Cap Blanc road, the lighthouse of the same name, Cala Pi beach and the defence towers of Cala Pi and S'Estalella.
Travelling along the Cap Blanc road towards the lighthouse, we pass the S'Aguila Refuge, with spectacular views of the cliff.
Among the places of interest in the town of Llucmajor is the Church of San Bartolomé, a beautiful Gothic-style church dating from the 13th century. It is also worth visiting Llucmajor's weekly market (Wednesday, Friday and Sunday mornings), where you can enjoy local products and crafts.
As for gastronomy, in Llucmajor you can enjoy delicious Mediterranean cuisine, with specialities such as ensaimada and tumbet.

An sich eine super tolle Unterkunft. Man kann sich entspannen und hat seine Ruhe. Es steht sehr viel zur Verfügung.

The area is rural and peaceful, with no vehicle noise. Outside there is a fantastic shallow rustic swimming pool and a large garden with cypress trees and fruit trees (orange, lemon, fig). It also has several rest areas with hammocks and umbrellas. There is also a children's play area, badminton, a pool table and a barbecue for outdoor cooking. There is WIFI and satellite TV. Cot and high chair free of charge.
The pool dimensions are 1.65m in height and a surface area of 3x5 metres.
The Casa Julia estate is located in a rural and very peaceful area. An ideal place to rest and enjoy the island. Ideal for families.
The house is situated 5 kms from Llucmajor, a typical Majorcan village that is 25 kms from Palma and 15 kms from the wonderful beaches of the South (Sa Rápita, Es Trenc, Colònia de Sant Jordi, etc.).

Ca'n Climent is situated in the centre of Llucmajor; it is a traditional Majorcan house recently renovated with all amenities. It consists of 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them en suite. Air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms. 2 living rooms with TV in both. There is a 4th bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed for 1 extra person. Cot and high chair available upon request. There are 2 private solarium terraces, outdoor furniture, swimming pool and sun loungers. In the kitchen there is a fireplace that can be used as a barbecue. 300MB symmetrical WIFI and satellite TV. Ideal for families or groups of up to 8 adults. Bicycle parking inside the house. Family-friendly.
Groups of young people under 21 years of age will NOT be accepted. Parties and/or stag/hen do celebrations are NOT permitted.
